Why are PrePaid minutes not accepted for some calls?
When you call someone and hear a message that the number dialed does not accept calls from unidentified callers, this means that the particular party does not accept "unknown" or blocked calls. They will have to remove the call block feature from their phone in order for you to reach them using PrePaid Phone Cards/Minutes.
